Shipping - Methods, Delivery Times & Costs
METHOD
We use primarily Australia Post Express Mail whenever possible otherwise Australia Post Registered Mail.
This will mean that the parcel will be trackable and that you may have to sign to collect.
This will be an airmail service to overseas countries.
If you wish to have a different delivery service, please contact us by email to arrange.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is estimated to be 4 – 10 working days once your order is ready.
Our normal processing time is 3-4 days.
Please remember that we may actually need to dye your order especially for you. If we do, then we will advise you and delivery will be longer. Sometimes we will not only need to dye your order, but we may need to spin the yarn. Again we will advise you of the longer delivery time. See Supply Times

** The postage rates for orders to the United States are determined by the nature of the order.
