Returns Refunds Cancellations

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns subject to the following conditions.

The goods that we delivered to you

    1. were not of an acceptable quality, ie they were faulty.  Provided that the fault is not a result of carelessness or misuse of the product, or instructions or recommendations for the product have not been followed.
    2. Did not fit the purpose that we were advised they were for, or for which they are commonly supplied.
    3. Did not fit the description that was given on the website or on packaging.
    4. Did not match the samples that may have been supplied

The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the order.  

The goods must be returned with their labels attached (if a garment) or included (if yarn) and the invoice or proof for the purchase.  Goods must be in the same condition as originally supplied.  All of the yarn purchased of the kind at fault must be returned. 

The goods must be returned by post with tracking numbers as we cannot be liable for returned goods that do not reach us.  The goods must not be returned by courier as we will not accept courier charges.

We will refund the amount including return postage costs if the problem is our fault.

 

Downloaded patterns or patterns supplied as pdf via email cannot be returned and therefore not refunded.  Please contact us if you have any problems regarding patterns at info@wagtailyarns.com.au

Gift Cards are not refundable / returnable or redeembable for cash.  

 

REFUNDS

We will give refunds in the above situation, excluding patterns. 

If you are unhappy about your purchase, but the problem is not one listed above,  contact us by email at info@wagtailyarns.com.au to discuss your problem and we will try to resolve the issue.  The goods in this instance will need to be in their original condition for us to accept the return, and the postage in this case will not be refunded.  Proof of purchase will need to be supplied.  The goods will need to be returned by trackable post at the customer's expense.

 

CANCELLATION of Orders

We will accept cancellation of orders and refund your money, ONLY if the cancellation occurs

  • within 48 hours of placing the order,
  • before we process / prepare the order,
  • before we despatch the order.
